OVERVIEW

Talking to all the customers with one voice and establishing a unified brand with individually tailored messages were the objectives in designing all communication to the bank’s customers. Creating a system that carried common elements and styles, but allowing each piece to hold its own unique identity among the others, made this task so successful for the bank, the employees and the customers.
