We’ve had a long term relationship with the bank since its inception almost ten years ago. In 2004 a strong rebranding campaign started to help grow the bank’s footprint in North Carolina. The campaign helped make Capital Bank the #1 state in the bank, with a customer loyalty and brand recognition national banks have found hard to beat.

It started with strong messaging and introduction of the new strategy through their Annual Reports and new Services Brochures, and culminated with a new website to offer their current and potential customers (as well as the media) the same experience of Service Worth Talking About they offer in their branches.

We're proud of being part of their success, making Capital Bank the best bank in North Carolina and going on strong.
