OVERVIEW

Chatlee was already the #1 Boat & Marine distributor in the South, but this was not reflected in their online presence and they were starting to lose market to their competitors. They wanted a site that was remembered by its customers and that offered them an experience that made them enthusiastic about purchasing a boat from Chatlee.

The new site helped achieve this goal and surpassed sales expectations by 40% with a powerful custom CMS that allowed them to update their new and used boats inventory. The new site also included a webcam stream to their test lake, internet specials and their best sale tool: a credit application that let customers pre-apply for loans and get into their new boats faster. The new site was responsible for bringing in an average of 10 new sales leads a week.
